I am a professional private chef with 10 years of experience. I am serv safe certified currently pursuing my culinary degree. I have traveled to 8 different countries to understand other food cultures and how they create their dishes to give myself international knowledge and experience on food. I have cooked with and am related to world renowned Gullah chef Charlotte Jenkins.
