Get to know me better

I am a very entertaining chef

I began cooking in the industry at the age of 13 (helping out with my uncle’s catering business) and shortly after I received a technical endorsement from a trade school for a 2-year Culinary Arts program. (with also a NYS Regents Diploma) and then shortly after that I received a presidential scholarship to attend Johnson and Wales. Concluding my college journey, I obtained my associates degree in Culinary Arts and May 2021 and my Bachelor in Science and Food Service Management. I have worked in 20+ kitchens throughout Miami, New York, and 1 restaurant in Cape May, NJ. I have been a private chef and caterer for 4 years.
