Greetings, I am Chef Dessy, a 26-year-old Traveling Private Chef and Caterer based in Hampton Roads, Virginia. With eight years of experience in the culinary industry, I am a graduate of the Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts, where I earned an associate's degree in Culinary Arts and Operational Management. After completing my studies, I worked at the Cheesecake Factory, and in my free time, I continue to study and perfect my craft, creating unique dishes that cater to every culture and dietary preference. Presently, I operate independently under my business, Ohso Royal Cuisines. While working in Atlanta, I have served as a Celebrity Caterer to numerous private clients. Additionally, I had the honor of being a contestant in last year's Chef Carlas' Favorite Chef competition, which was an incredible experience. My primary focus is to provide you with exceptional service and an unforgettable Royal Dining Experience.

Chef Destiny took us on a culinary journey! We hired a private chef to help celebrate my sister's bachelorette weekend and this was our first ever experience with a private chef. Chef Destiny completely blew our expectations out of the water! Communication and Planning Destiny was super helpful and considerate in planning the menu, providing us with several options and flexibility for dietary restrictions. The menu she created was deliberately thoughtful of our special occasion and truly made it a personal one-of-a-kind experience. She was incredibly professional and transparent in our communications beforehand on her arrival, food prep time, and cleanup. She arrived on time with her Sous Chef and assistant fully prepared and ready to work her magic! Preparation and Presentation Chef Destiny was incredibly mindful of our special occasion throughout the entire process. She had communicated to me that she would provide decorations, but I never would have expected for a private chef to go so above and beyond! She provided full table linens, several floral arrangements, background music, and two decorative fire pits with real fire! The service during the meal was outstanding, she had a fabulous assistant that was delightfully polite and attentive to our every need. Dining Experience I couldn't have imagined a more delectable meal! It was one course after another of soul filling cuisine that left us moaning in delight and ecstasy. She prepared an excellent meal of seafood cuisine that perfectly fit our pescatarian diet and left us feeling completely satisfied. Clean-up Chef Destiny and her team left the space even cleaner than they had found it! They were incredibly efficient in cleaning the counter space, washing dishes, and were packed up quickly after the meal was over. They were even kind enough to take out the existing trash with theirs. They were incredibly polite and discreet throughout the entire process. Overall, a fabulous experience that we will never forget thanks to Chef Destiny and her team! Look no further for a thoughtful, talented, professional Chef that will serve you the greatest meal of your life with all of the right personal touches to make it a truly intimate experience. Would HIGHLY recommend would leave more than 5 stars if possible!!!
