I am a private chef that has been cooking since I was young. Although I have always cooked I started my professional life in the 9th grade by starting culinary school and gaining as much experience as possible over the years. With my almost 15 yrs of experience I'm here for you!!
I love to allow my creativity to flow and see the smiles that my food puts on one's face. When I get that "this reminds me of my moms" comments I know I've succeeded.
I just truly enjoy the joy and smile someone has when eating my food. Thats the joy and peace that I look for.
