I've had the pleasure of cooking for celebrities such as Ethan Hawk, Gwenth Paltrow, Jimmy Smits, Evander Holyfield, Sean Combs, Kevin Garnett, Donald Trump, Hiroaki ‘Rocky’ Aoki, Clive Davis amongst others. During my career I've had the great pleasure to work with and learn from award winning chefs Michael Lomonaco, Michael Ronis, Wolfgang Puck, Jason Drysdale and countable others that helped mold my style and career.
