I am a professional chef for the google campus in Irvine and have been in the industry for 15 years. I currently run my own catering program as well as the catering program for America's Top Chef winner Hosea Rosenberg. I am the Food Service Director for the Google Campus in Orange County and previously was the Executive Chef at their brand new, 3rd largest campus in Boulder Colorado. I am well versed in many cuisines and love to create dishes of my own melding flavors from all around the world. I am flexible in my craft and will tailor a meal to whatever is wished of me by the client.
