I am a passionate and talented Chef with many years of experience with all things food. I love to bake all sorts of breads and desserts as well.
I attended Culinary School in Fla, but before that I was a student of the best cook and baker in the world my Gramp. Upon graduation I was employed by the Fontainebleau Miami Beach. I was part of the reopening launch years back. I love to cook, farm to table is my true love. I also love to raise and grow my food. I make the perfect cinnamon roll and yeast roll , I am biased , but they are pretty perfect.
