After working as the Executive Sous Chef for the Indianapolis Colts, I decided to start my own catering business.

My husband and I really enjoyed the is experience. Every dish was delicious and we had great conversation. I would definitely do this again!

Chef D is a gifted chef! We are foodies and everything was delicious! There was a lot to do as he prepared everything, but yet he was engaged in conversation with us the entire time. Really enjoyed his company just as much as the food. Like I said, everything was delicious, but it was by far the best lobster bisque, risotto and lava cake I've had! 5 Stars!

Everything tasted phenomenal. It has been almost a week and we cannot get over the taste. Great presentation and attentiveness!

Great food and experience

Chef D made our anniversary very special! This was our first experience with a private chef and he went beyond all expectations. Extremely personable and the food was incredible, easily the best crab cakes we have ever had. You can't go wrong working with Chef D!

The Chef prepared a great meal and was engaging. Would have liked if he dressed a little more professional.

This was my very first time hiring a private chef, I was pleasantly surprised how smooth this app was to navigate through and the amazing Chefs available to choose from. Choosing Chef Decardios Denson was easy! His food was well presented and DELICIOUS, even our picky eaters couldn’t stop talking about it! Even better than his food, was his professionalism and personality. We are having another get together for a Halloween party and have already rebooked Chef D for that. We plan to use him exclusively for our events in the future. In short, we HIGHLY recommend Chef D, you wont be disappointed!

A special experience

We hired chef Decardios to cook up something very special for our wedding anniversary. The pace of the dinner was perfect, the menu was very unusual and the taste was delightful. An absolute dream!

Decardios Denson was wonderful from start to finish for my mother’s birthday dinner. I originally chose him because his proposed menu was the only one I received that actually seemed to take into account the additional information I gave in my chef request. And I’m so glad we chose him. The dinner was absolutely delicious and unique: exactly what we wanted to celebrate a special birthday. He was a pleasure to work with and a pleasure to have in our home.
