I shine when I am allowed to be creative and I absolutely love watching people enjoy the creations that come from my heart.
I curate my own dishes and have several different menus filled with my own personal creations. Each dish influenced by my culture and several other great chefs I've encountered along my journey. I've worked with great chefs from Orlando to Phoenix and done personal work from the Florida Keys to Atlanta, L.A., Vegas, & Arizona!
Although I've been contracted out to several dine-in establishments; when cooking for others in their home I also like to make it feel more like an experience than a service. I dress the part and interact at a comfortable level, according to whom I'm serving.
