My passion for food started as a young child watching my family make magic happen in the kitchen. Sunday morning breakfast was always my favorite!
I have worked at the New England Culinary Institute in Montpellier VT. I was a coperate trainer for a large restaurant chain for 9 years . I have also ran and maintained several successful restaurant concepts over the years. It is time for me to realize my dreams , which is to be a private chef! I have amazing skills and am always willing to learn and try new ideas.
