A Versatile/Fun yet Creative Executive Chef who’s very passionate about pleasing his Clients pallate, & Taste Buds. He absolutely loves what he does.
Coming from the Small Town of Magnolia, Tx, Chef De’Andrae has those Small Town roots instilled in him. He prides his Culinary Success from the Teachings of his Southern Grandmother, his Mother, & his Aunt (who taught & trained him all that he knows who’s been a Private Chef, & Caterer herself for over 30 years), as well as obtaining his BA in Culinary Arts. He offers a Taste & Experience like none other. His Food ranges from a mix of Creole, Cajun, Soul, American, Italian with a twist, as well as Pastries. He’s a firm believer in Building Relationships with his Clients, Customer Service & Customer Satisfaction. Chef De’Andrae does NOT specialize in Vegan Meals. Please, no Vegan requests.
