I am a professional chef and pastry chef with my entire life worth of experience. I grew up as the first born daughter of a big family and started cooking at a young age. I was a chef before I even knew it. I would critic my moms food all the time, comparing the rice from previous dinners, the thickness of the stews and coolness of the beans or potatoes, even the salt and seasoning levels. My mind-palette connection developed super early and thus my chef career path was paved. In 2011 I decided to go to culinary school and graduated with a degree in Baking & Pastry. After a couple years of pastry cook work, I realized I'm not cut out to work for someone. I'm meant to be a leader and have the freedom to let my chefpression run wild. In turn, I birthed a hospitality company and am thrilled to continue to express my passions through my business.
