I am a grateful person for all of the places I have travelled, all of the people I have met, and the experiences that have shaped my essence.

I am a father of two wonderful grown children, a partner to a soul mate, a brother to 5 siblings, a friend to many, and I enjoy life.

Places I have cooked in a somewhat chronological order-Restaurant Jacques and Suzanne, Hoffbrau Steakhouse, Shrimp and Stuff, Catfish Kitchen, all in Arkansas; North Wharf Fish House, Nantucket; Beverly Wilshire Hotel, Beverly Hills; M/V Arctic Orion, Bering Sea, Alaska crab vessel; Spotted Horse Ranch, Jackson, Wyoming; Rooster Junction Hunting Lodge, Alliance, Nebraska; Tarpon Lodge, Bokeelia, Florida; RSVP Catering by Joe Fisher, Dallas, Texas; Hunter Creek Elk Camp, Hoback, Wyoming; and of course at home, or at my mother's or friends along the way.
