I have a thirst and passion for the art of cooking that started when I was a dishwasher at the age of 15. Going on 23 years of age, I've been in the field for almost 8 years, constantly learning and pushing myself to be the best self I can be. I've honed my techniques in both fast pace restaurant environments, as well as large scale catering and school environments. I have nutritional knowledge and many other tools at my disposal.

Chef Davis made some of the most exquisite dishes I have ever tasted for our 1st Anniversary dinner. His super engaged conversation was an extra added bonus on top. He dove deep into each dish and provided detailed explanations on why he chose to make them the way he did. The lamb chops were out of this world! Don't even get me started on the creme brulee dessert. The kitchen was left spotless as though it was never even used. I highly suggest you book Chef Davis for whatever needs you have! He is a very talented individual.
