Just as there are only so many notes or colors, there are only so many flavors - it's how you combine them that sets you apart.
I have 20+ years of experience as a Culinarian and 8 years as a Pastry Chef. I’ve worked with some of the best in the culinary industry, including Master Chef Wolfgang Puck. Graduated with top honors from Le Cordon Bleu and I am Servsafe Certified. In 2014, I independently began small event catering and working as a Private Chef.
