After high school, I did what so many young people do: explore a variety of paths – eventually pursuing a career as an Sr. Catering Chef. Although grateful for my journey and everything I had learned, I was hungry for more.

In 2014, I took a leap of faith and decided to channel my growth & started to work at many hotels/resorts & upscale french based catering concepts. It was during this time that I developed my signature style.

Over the years, I have been blessed to work alongside some of this generation’s most well-respected chefs & gaining knowledge from them directly advanced my culinary palette & gave my career an outstanding balance.
