After high school, I did what so many young people do: explore a variety of paths – eventually pursuing a career as an Sr. Catering Chef. Although grateful for my journey and everything I had learned, I was hungry for more.

In 2014, I took a leap of faith and decided to channel my growth & started to work at many upscale french based catering concepts. It was during this time that I developed my signature style.

Over the years, I have been blessed to work alongside some of this generation’s most well-respected chefs & gaining knowledge from them directly advanced my culinary palate & gave my career an outstanding balance.

He was constantly communicating with us even before arriving. We were on the same page the whole time which I appreciated since this was our first time getting a private chef. He asked us if he could show up earlier to start prepping which was great for us and the whole night was amazing. We got to watch him work in the kitchen while chatting and he was great company while he was working. The food was incredible and for our first time this was such an amazing experience and evening. We definitely plan on doing it again.

This was my first time using a chef. Chef Davieon was great. He was very professional and explained each dish. The entire meal was delicious. I will definitely use him again.
