I have been cooking in kitchens and restaurants for over 20 years. I graduated from Oregon Culinary Institute in 2016 and have worked in restaurants and bakeries all around the country. I grew up in East TN and have a love for southern cooking, but also really like to cook and experiment with culinary techniques around the world. I, myself, have been called quirky at times.
