I am a professional award wininng Chef, specialized in Global Water Cuisine. I have a strong focus on sustainability, working with organic ingredients, farm to table local food souces and plant based ingredients. I believe in the power of food as medicine and adopt aryuvedic cooking whenever possible for my clients. I thrive when cooking for an audience and in front of the camera. I have prepared dishes for local television programming and provided on camera cooking demonstrations for TLC network. I enjoy innovation but trust in the foundations of great cuisines. Most of all I love teaching, I love sharing the wizardry that can be found in the secrets of the kitchen.
