Professional chef with 40 years experience in fine dining, hotels, private chef work and catering.

Through 35 years of experience in fine dining, event catering and small business ownership, I have developed not only a broad spectrum of culinary expertise, but solid business acumen as well. I understand the needs of a hospitality property and draw upon my experience to better serve my employers and clients. My classical French training has instilled within me a dedication to the highest standards, as well as a strong attention to detail and a focused work ethic. My entrepreneurial experience has provided me with the skills to maintain profitable margins, and with a management style of leading through teaching I create professional, collaborative work environments. I value organizations with high standards, creativity and long-term vision.
