David went above and beyond what was asked. He made the trek to Jersey City from Brooklyn with all of the cookware and food in tow. He was personable, friendly and extremely professional. The food was amazing and he was fielded all of our dumb food questions throughout including sending me a recipe for one of the dishes. He then left the kitchen cleaner than when he arrived. Great overall experience and worth every penny.

Chef David did an excellent job of suggesting a menu that could accommodate my wife's dairy allergy and making it all taste delicious. The courses were timed perfectly and plated beautifully. He was very professional and left my kitchen cleaner than it started. Overall, he provided a wonderful experience with a delicious meal for my wife's birthday and I would recommend him to anyone.
