The best part of cooking is falling in love with it over and over again all the time.
I am a young professional chef that has been in the industry for 4 years. I graduated from The International Culinary Arts Academy in my hometown in the philippines. I have experience working both in Hotels and Restaurants, as well as volunteer programs for Non-profits
. I find joy in working with great ingredients and cooking for people and seeing them enjoy. I love the conversation and energy that people bring out over a meal and being able to provide that is amazing.
As for my skills, i have significant experience in charcuterie and have catered to upwards of 250 people. I have the most experience with Japanese and Southeast Asian Cuisine but also have experience in Italian, French, and American.
