I am a lead cook by profession, and a mad scientist-artist by self definition. I've been cooking alongside my grandma ever since I was a child, she taught me everthing I knew, and now I teach her everything I've learnt. I decided not to go to a culinary school and instead go on my own path of culinary exploration, learning things the way food has always been learnt, through experimentation and having things passed down to you.
