I am a Chef with 17 years of experience in the hospitality industry. Like most, my humble beginning was in the dishwashing station of my hometown's fine dining restaurant, Connor's Grillroom in Dallas, Pennsylvania. I eagerly learned to cook and fell in love with the craft.
