Born, raised and trained in France. Worked in France, Australia, Switzerland, St Barts and now US. I do mostly French, Italian, Mediterranean food
After 13 years spend cooking in kitchens all around the world I do now bring my knowledge, savoir faire and experience to your table.
Once graduated of culinary school at 16, I started to work in kitchens in Provence (South of France) where I grew up before doing seasonal jobs in the Alps. Them I started my international journey in 2015 first going to New York for a few of months before heading down under, where I cooked for five years throughout Australia
From Parisian Bistros to five star hotels, I've worked in kitchens across three continents before landing in St. Barth and starting doing private chef!
Currently working in Naples I am now available for private events
