Personal Chef In TulsaI am a native New Yorker and Formerly, Executive Chef at Blake’s On Poydras (NoLa). I was classically trained at The Institute of Culinary Education (NYC) before I began a career stamped with knowledge from world renowned chefs as well as Top Chef, Chopped and other camera Champions.
A passion for flavor and traveling through either time or space with food has been my drive. Influencing and guiding the next generation of culinary professionals is my motivation.
I am mostly influenced by Asian and West Indian cuisine. My food is always classic but done with my own special touch. I have never been a fan of imitation only influence. A diverse upbringing has afforded me the opportunity to experience food with a broad and respectful outlook. Everything I make is from SCRATCH and natural.
Meaning, nothing is ever prepackaged....EVER! I cannot stress that enough. You will taste MY talent and love and you will see and experience MY skill.
