I am an international Pastry and Culinary arts Chef with 20+ years of experience from the Amazon of Ecuador to Fairfield Connecticut.
I am an Executive Chef with advanced studies in Gastronomy from the University of Ecuador UTE. My career has been characterized with consistent dedication to the administration, organization, and preparation of food, supported by a 33-year trajectory working in kitchens.
I highlight my role as Executive Chef in the hiring process for the new airport in Ecuador, where I successfully led a team to meet the dietary needs of up to 2500 people daily. My ability to efficiently manage kitchen operations has been crucial at every stage of my career. Additionally, I achieved a Guinness Record for the largest locro in the world, collaborating with the best chefs in Ecuador, Corporación Mesa de los Chefs.
Currently, I contribute to the success of an Ecuadorian bakery, where I specialize in baking and decorating cakes and desserts, consistently working for the past 5 years.
It is worth noting that I hold a Food Safety Certification, ensuring my commitment to the highest standards in food preparation and handling.
