I am Danyel Weber. I have spent most of my life in Europe where I was classically trained in French cuisine. Many of Europe's cuisines have been on my menu - from Nordic Scandinavia, passed the coasts of the Netherlands, Belgium and France, to the Mediterranean cuisines of Portugal, Spain, Italy and Turkey. I feel at home when I make food from those regions, and it is what my own family loves for dinner.

Food is and has always been the cornerstone for social events and gatherings. Whether as intimate as dinner for two at the end of the workday, as celebratory as a wedding or as adventurous as a food festival - people connect with each other over food and come closer together.
