I am an Educator, teacher, and basketball coach that started a catering business to help teach at-risk youth food prep cooking skills. I am from New Orleans where we cook with spice and creole products. I would like to become your private chef or cater your next event. I would like to give my customers a "Taste of New Orleans" on the gulf coast.
