I am a conscious celiac Chef with a passion for food that is comforting and nurturing.

I am a private chef with Celiac’s and I have a vast culinary background from working in restaurants to serving up my own baked goods and meals at farmers markets. I have now spent the last 5 years serving as a private chef in both Colorado Springs and currently in Ashland Oregon. I specialize in all dietary types and have a great understanding and passion for nutrition and the power of food. To provide food that is healthy without compromising taste and quality while working with your individual dietary needs and health goals is my top priority.
