All items are prepared by a professional chef; made from scratch, using only the freshest ingredients, hand-selected for optimal flavor and health benefits. Everything is grain-free (except for a few seasonal items), gluten-free, dairy-free, mostly low-carb, made with good-for-you fats (avocado oil, olive oil, coconut oil, and the occasional use of grass-fed butter or ghee), and always OSO good. Menus are designed to be Paleo, Keto, Celiac, Diabetic Friendly, and all Clean Eats.
We source as many foods locally as possible and proudly support small businesses in AZ.
