Chef, Sommelier and visual artist. My passion for cooking comes from my inner search for the artist within. My flavors are inspired in my artistic perception of the world. In my dishes, combine my knowledge as chef and sommelier incorporating my sculpture and photography artistry.

With my project, La Cocina Secreta, a nomad and sensory kitchen I combine the artistry of experiential art design and haute cuisine. I seek to delights senses, with exclusive experiences tailored based on the customer's tastes and wishes, with regional and seasonal ingredients.

Our four person birthday dinner was so delicious and incredible! I will have Chef Daniella cook us dinner the next time we are there and would love to try Take A Chef at our next vacation spot!!

Chef Daniella was fantastic. She was very communicative ahead of our meal and put together a menu that surprised and delighted us in all of the best ways. The dishes were plated beautifully and had complex layers of flavor that kept us wanting more. The meal was coursed very well and she did a great job of explaining everything we were eating. Highly recommend!

She was terrific at communicating with us ahead of time and prepared a delicious meal for us that accommodated one vegetarian. We highly recommend Daniella and would book her again.

The Chef and I worked on the menu before she came. The Chef brought all of the things we needed to have a perfect dinner party for 8 even the table setting. The food was delicious, fresh, contained many spices to add to the flavor. Our group very much enjoyed the evening.

Daniella really delivered. We had a dinner at our Airbnb with some local friends and she put together an amazing, multi course menu that. highlighted local ingredients and he own specialty and aesthetic. It felt like a true fine dining experience which was amazing given the 5 adults eating also had 7 kids to manage. Cannot be more thankful for this and would recommend without reservation for anyone looking for a truly special experience!

Daniella was incredible. She offered to do a surprise menu for us and as a new mom with decision fatigue I thought that was so fun. My husband and I hired her for a special night in at our Airbnb while on vacation. Everything was absolutely perfect. The experience was amazing not only because of the food but because of the engagement and storytelling. Daniella was a pleasure to get to know and hear about her experience and food while serving us an incredible meal. Definitely a meal to remember!

Chef Daniella put together a lovely 10 course tapas menu for us that really took into account what we were looking for and our specific dietary needs. The presentation was lovely and everyone thoroughly enjoyed the food. There were several comments along the lines of “those were some of the best mushrooms I’ve ever tried”

We enjoyed the whole experience, very enjoyable and relaxing. Loved the explanation of the food and having the table set also.

Chef Daniella was amazing. She provided an amazing meal with distinct flavors and a story of each. She was incredibly warm, polite and very engaging with my entire family. Her food tasted fantastic. I would seek her out to have her cook for me again. I could not recommend her more for any event someone is having. If you have a chance to taste her food or work with her you could not go wrong.
