Get to know me better

A young talented chef with the dream to share my ideas through food.

My name is Daniela Dattilo. I am a young pastry chef who recently graduated from the Culinary Institute of America with an associate degree. I was always passionate about baking as a kid and finally started my career at just 12 years old working in my dad's family business. There I produced all the pastries for the restaurant and ever since then I have dedicated myself to my passion. Fast forward a few more years after graduating I took off to Florence, Italy to improve my abilities as a pastry chef. It was a place called Gelateria Barroccino. There I was able to learn gelato making techniques, individual pastries, etc. I now am keeping true to my word and looking forward to expanding as a business, as a pastry chef and making relationships with customers.
