I am chef with nearly 2 decades of experience. I enjoy a professionally personal client relationship which allows me to personalize their experience. I worked in high-end restaurants for the first 12 years sometimes running sometimes supporting. I started "Your Sous Chef " in 2014 while I was working full-time. I love all aspects of the food industry and my true passion ins to create a meal for my clients special event that assists in making it unforgettable.
I have experience in a multitude of cuisines and dietary requirements and love a good challenge.
