I am a professional chef with 12 years of fine dining cooking experience. In my earlier years, I have worked in majority upscale restaurants locally in Jacksonville Florida. I was able to work up under some of the best locally executive chefs, who took the time to show and teach me all of the basic fundamentals there are to now. With that, I took it upon myself to challenge myself and my creativity, as not only a chef, but an artist in the culinary industry. I am now a versatile chef with experience in international cuisines.
