I am the Owner and Chef of Smash N Dash and Sexy Food Grill in Wilmington. I am culinarily trained at Le Cordon Bleu in San Francisco. I have been cooking for 18 years. I specialize in Latin Cuisine and American Cuisine. I have worked at Trader Vic’s in California, Banquet Chef and Mastercook at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas, Banquet Chef and Mastercook at Flamingo Casino in Las Vegas, and Carson’s Kitchen in Las Vegas Nevada.

Wonderful experience having Chef Daniel create and cook a phenomenal meal for a friends get together. All my questions regarding the menu were answered promptly online prior to the date. He asked all relative questions regarding likes/dislikes, allergies, etc. He arrived with all necessary items needed for the meal and got started prepping immediately. When he was asked questions on ingredients and cooking instructions by my guests, he answered them in detail and with enthusiasm. Daniel is a chef that truly enjoys what he does. His son, Julien, who is in currently in culinary school assisted Daniel in the kitchen. He is a polite young man with a bright future ahead of him in the culinary arts. They cleaned up and the kitchen was left spotless. My friends and I will be talking about this experience for a long time.

It was an incredible experience, reminiscence of dining at one of the finest restaurants but much better! Daniel is an excellent chef and his attention to detail was amazing, and his service impeccable.
