Chef Daniel Ortega

I am a Private Chef with Hispanic Origins. I have practiced this craft for 7 years and dedicated myself to learning about gastronomy and the practice of cooking good food. In my experience I have studied under numerous chefs and worked for many restaurants from the Paul Martin's American Grill, to the Fox restaurant Group. I seek to take experience and gain wisdom from every aspect of this Industry. I hope to translate that in my cooking to cater to every persons palate, while involving a variety of cuisines and techniques from across my scope of familiarity to suit all dietary needs and restrictions in order to feed people well.
