Hailing from Venezuela, I bring 15 years of culinary expertise and a passion for barbecue to the table. My journey began in Caracas, where I mastered the fundamentals of cooking and developed a deep love for smoked and grilled meats.

As the kitchen manager of Hard Rock Cafe Caracas, I created numerous recipes and perfected my signature burger. My pursuit of excellence led me to a master workshop in San Antonio, Texas, where I further honed my skills.

Known for my innovative approach and commitment to quality, I source only the finest ingredients for my dishes.
