I am a versatile food and beverage professional with over 10 years of experience in the industry, and a lifetime of professional experiences. My name is Daniel Diaz. A Florida native, raised in a Midwestern American and Cuban blended home. Both parents are still in the Food Service Industry to this day. After two years of Music School and perofrming as a percussionist in various genres, I attended Le Cordon Bleu College of Culinary Arts in 2010 while working for Miami's Chef Cindy Hutson at Ortanique on the Mile! Upon completion I went on to work for world class Chefs, such as Daniel Boulud, Luke Bergman, Giovanni Rocchio, James Everett, and more. I am married to my lovely wife Ashley Diaz, and out daughter Autumn Rose Diaz is two years old. Apart from my natural abilities as a trained chef, and I have experience in every aspect of the business including raw material sourcing, food service distribution, cooking classes, restaurant equipment, catering, recipe and menu development, and more.
