I am a culinary school graduate and the current Executive Sous Chef at Marsh & McLennan New York City where I prepare a weekly menu for the top executives of the firm and their VIP guest from all over the world. I’ve also supervised several high profile Food Nework events across the country and worked with countless celebrity chefs.
