I love preparing dishes with local, seasonal, organic ingredients, creating a nourishing, opulent farm-to-table experience for my clients.
I have been a professional private chef for almost 20 years. I am a first in my class graduate of the prestigious Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park, NY and a kitchen alumnus of NYC’s Gramercy Tavern. I am a huge supporter of local organic farms, fishermen, ranchers and artisanal food producers. I believe that great quality, well-sourced food prepared with love is the secret to long term happiness and vibrant energy!
