Cook At Home In San ArdoBuongiorno! I am a 25-year-old Italian young man who grew up in Madrid, Spain for over 10 years. Cooking has been my passion since I was 15 years old. The love for cooking runs in my family. My father, who has taught me everything I know, is Chef Fabio Javier. He has several decades of experience and has been following my progress.
As a young Italian chef who has spent a significant part of my life in Spain, I have been fortunate to experience the best of both culinary worlds. The fusion of Italian, Spanish, and Mediterranean cuisines has greatly influenced my cooking style and has become the essence of my culinary identity.
Growing up in Italy, I was immersed in a rich culinary heritage that celebrated fresh, seasonal ingredients and simple yet bold flavors. Italian cuisine taught me the importance of using high-quality ingredients as the foundation of any dish. From homemade pasta to traditional risottos, I learned the art of creating dishes that are both comforting and satisfying.
However, my time in Spain exposed me to a vibrant and lively food culture that was distinctly different from what I had known. Spanish cuisine opened my eyes to the world of an incredible variety of flavors. The Spanish emphasis on communal dining and sharing plates inspired me to create dishes that encourage conviviality and exploration of flavors.
