I believe food should be simply delicious. I create meals guided by the seasons and the great Pacific Northwest.
I've been in the restaurant industry for over 17 years. I am currently head chef at a wonderful Italian eatery. The highlight of my week is going to the farmers market and talking to the people I've grown to become friends with about their produce, animals, land of even just the weather. I love cooking everything. I involved my kids in my kitchen at home as much as possible. I'm family oriented and always positive
