Since closing the doors of my recent pop-up in Spokane, Washington, I have relocated to the Seattle area.
Overfishing statistics suggest we will see a great decline in seafood availability by 2050. I believe we are being called to find alternatives to animal products that are less harmful to our bodies and the environment.
As a personal chef, I offer a range of services, specializing in omakase but also offering vegan meal preparation and longer term options regarding in-home hire. I am happy to accommodate other restrictions as well and provide free consultations regarding your needs and preferences for this.
Outside of the culinary world, I enjoy spending time exploring the Pacific Northwest, hanging out with my cats, and going to festivals!
