I am a very simple chef with a passion for food and deep flavors with an eye for beautiful plating.
I am a chef deep rooted in my passion for southern cuisine. Raised on a working farm leaning at a young age how to eat from the ground has kept me grounded and humbled. I draw inspiration from seeing the food first in my head, then everything else follows. I graduated a top student of Escoffier of Culinary Arts and am going back to learn more about health and nutrition and how foods can heal the body. My grandmother was my biggest inspiration on this food journey and I still can feel her to this day. Let me create something wonderful using the creativity with your vision and mine! I love all types of food and love to learn. I am a very simple chef with a hint of upscaled country flare!
