I am a professional chef with over 30 years of experience in several cuisines including Mediterranean, Classic and Country French, Nuveau Californian, Southern Low Country, Vietnamese, Thai, Japanese, Regional Chinese, East Indian, Caribbean, Mexican and South American regional; Using authentic ingredients and techniques. I learn every day from those around me and possess the desire to also bake and combine different cuisines to create foods that are amazingly insightful and that cling to the soul while take advantage of local bounties.
