Chef Curtis Williams, a native Texan, born and raised in the city of Houston, learned how to cook at a very young age of 6. His grandmothers, Wilma Faye and Margaret Jewel played an intergual part in his development and desire to become a chef. Wilma was a classic southern belle who taught Williams how to cook all the southern classics (soul food). Margaret Jewel, his grandmother from east Texas, taught him the Louisiana style of cooking with a Texas twist. I desire to bring busy families and/or individuals back to the table by providing helpful and entertaining services to dietary specifics and palate driven clients. Chef Curtis Williams believes purpose, vision and passion fueled his desire to step out on faith and turn his dream of becoming a professional chef into reality. He understands the gift of hospitality, service and leadership.
