Chef Cristiana La Greca

Hi we are a couple of Italian guys, born and raised in Italy who currently live in Kauai. We both have a passion for cooking and for bringing our tradition to the table. We love to cook following the tradition that comes from our land, therefore an Italian and vegetarian-based cuisine. We have had cooking experience for several years, we offer Italian, Mediterranean, vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free cuisine.

Our land has taught us that cooking must be simple but with high quality ingredients, therefore we prefer to offer local and organic food.

In addition to food we carry the love and passion that Italy has given us in our blood and having a dinner with us is a pleasure both for your taste buds and for your hearts.
