I am a passionate Chef dedicated to sourcing the finest ingredients on the market to craft exceptional Italian and Mediterranean cuisine.
Born and raised in Rome, Italy. I honed my culinary skills at prestigious culinary school in my hometown before expanding my experience in London for three years. After moving to the United States, I worked in luxury hotels and fine-dining restaurants, as well as serving as a private Chef for high-net-worth-families in New York City, Greenwich and the Hamptons. My passion for cooking and dedication to my craft led me to compete on Food Network's Chopped and Supermarket stakeout.I am also sharing my expertise through cooking classes, bringing the art of authentic cuisine to aspiring Chefs and food lovers.
