I am a culinary graduate of Escoffier with over 20yr experience in the kitchen. I specialize in southern dishes such as fried catfish, fried chicken, cabbage etc. I also have an array of Latin fusion dishes such as Delta tamales, gumbo fusions, and I do make a mean sweet potato pie. I have a deep connection to food and I love to make people happy with my dishes.
