High energy. Very passionate about cooking. Focused on the freshest, most local ingredients.

I started in the food industry when I was 14, my mother is also in the restaurant industry. Taught myself how to cook at the ripe age of 8 out of necessity for my brother and I. Went to culinary school at Johnson and Wales University in Providence, RI. Currently Executive Sous Chef at Grasing’s restaurant in Carmel, CA.
